Première fois Au Bouchot et quelle merveilleuse surprise ! Le restaurant est idéalement situé dans un cadre exceptionnel, au cœur de la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Le lieu est charmant, simple mais élégant, avec une ambiance détendue qui met tout de suite à l’aise.

Dans l’assiette, c’est un sans-faute. Produits ultra frais, cuisine maîtrisée, portions généreuses et des saveurs qui mettent à l’honneur la mer et le terroir local. Tout était parfaitement cuisiné, du début à la fin. Une mention spéciale pour les moules évidemment, mais aussi pour la justesse des accompagnements.

Et surtout, un immense merci à l’équipe, aussi accueillante que professionnelle. Le service est souriant, attentionné, jamais envahissant.
