Nice oysters, very fresh. Staff far from efficient, firstly, the only two highchairs were left in the rain (when they could have easily been stored inside). When we asked them for a towel to dry them, they spent about 10 seconds wiping it using a wet dishcloth which meant it was still dripping. Not how you want to seat your 15 month old on a blustery September day. We had to use an unused nappy to make it any where close to useable. Took ages to be served, and then when the oysters arrived I asked for vinaigrette and it never materialised. Shame as it could be a nice place to spend...
Read morePurtroppo maleducazione regna sovrana....arrivati ci hanno fatto attendere per oltre 20 minuti per poi prendere ordinazioni di altre persone arrivate dopo di noi...dopo il reclamo nessuna scusa. Nessuno che parli inglese in un luogo turistico che riceve milioni di persone da ogni parte del mondo..c'è ne siamo andati ma è giusto segnalare un posto che non merita i vostri soldi.Rispondono poi alla recensione, ancora una volta senza scusarsi e con una serie di bugie (solo in francese e senza scrivere in inglese a confermare quanto recensito). Eravamo in vacanza rilassati e senza fretta, siamo andati via solo per la vostra maleducazione e poca professionalità .Abbiamo reclamato mentre andavamo via dicendo che "non si fa così", se dovete spendere i vostri soldi spendeteli bene e andate a Cancale evitando questo locale.

Nobody speaking English in a tourist place that receives millions of people from all over the world..we went but it's fair to point out a place that doesn't deserve your money.They then reply to the review, once again without apologies and with a series of lies (only in French and without writing in English to confirm what was reviewed). We were on holiday relaxed and unhurried, we only left because of your rudeness and lack of professionalism. We complained as we left saying that "that's not how you do it", if you have to spend your money spend it well and go to Cancale...
Read moreConcernant les huîtres, évidement rien à dire elles sont très bonnes. Par contre au niveau de l organisation pour accueillir les clients une catastrophe. Nous avons attendu 15 mn dans la file à l'entrée officielle de la structure de restauration, nous allions démissionner, quand tout à coup nous sommes partis voir les mareyeurs pour demander comment cela fonctionnait, ils nous on renvoyé à l accueil, puis rien , et nous avons terminé par demandé à des clients qui nous ont expliqué qu il fallait d office aller s installer et que quelqu'un viendrait ! Ce que nous avons fait et là on a attendu encore 10 mn avant que l on s occupe de nous ... malheureusement il n y avait que des tables sur le parking, nous avons attendu la moitié du temps de notre repas pour pouvoir accéder aux tables situées au-dessus avec vue sur la baie... ouf.. parce que les huîtres sur le parking pas top du tout. On a eu largement le temps d aller acheter nos frites à côté, d ailleurs ils devraient s arranger pour qu on ne fasse qu une commande, travailler ensemble serait bien. A noter les frites sont excellentes, de VRAIES et TRÈS BONNES frites, bien dorées, pas des surgelées, à consommer sans modération. (Frites . 12€ les 12 huîtres numéro 3, 10€ les numéros 4 / à coté 3 € le beau ...
