Le Rustique — Restaurant in Saint-Malo

After a long day at Mont Saint-Michel we have been looking for a place close by to get dinner. Found this little restaurant on the map and never regretted the quick detour. On Wednesday evening we caught them at the beginning of serving time in the evening(sort of off guard). But the personnel that welcomed us was very kind to us either way. Food was quick, absolutely delicious and for a very reasonable price compared to other restaurants we visited in past couple days. After such an experience I didn't even mind paying little below 7 euros for a beer. The rest balanced that price more than enough! Recommended! We found this little gem through a Google search after visiting Mont St Michel and enjoyed the mussels thoroughly. We were a little hesitant as we were approaching as there were not a lot of customers for lunch but this place is the real deal.
