Bacchus — Restaurant in Saint Martin (France)

My colleagues and I were referred here by Paul, who is a manager at a resort that we used to frequent. Paul is very good friends with the owner and we were taken incredible care of. The food...... was INCREDIBLE. High quality and absolutely delicious. I used to work with some folks who really appreciate food and can be tough critics and they got the 5-start review from each of them. This restaurant is attached to a wine store and they have a private wine cellar for private small parties or you can rent it specifically for a special occasion with your SO. We stopped by Bacchus for lunch during our trip to St Martin and could not be more pleased! We tried a few appetizers, including a lovely cheese board, flight of foie gras - 4 different styles and flavors, and fresh salmon. All were stunning! Our son enjoyed a lovely steak for his main with a nice pepper sauce. We also hopped over to the wine shop after to pick up additional bottles of the wine that we enjoyed with lunch! I'm giving you a 5 star reveiw as I just wanted to say June 13 7pm.. You will be in for a treat with Gabriel wright playing. I've seen him play multiple times in person and on line. He takes live requests has an extensive list of songs. Gabes original songs are top notch..
