Highly recommend the goat cheese salad as a starter. Beautifully cooked trout fish. Great garlicky potatoes. Really good steak tartar and sumptuous Magret de Canard main courses. Lovely cheese burger. Not pictured a fabulous chocolate mouse with local fresh raspberries and a gourmand coffee to finish off the feast. Thanks for a great holiday evening to remember!

We really enjoyed our lunch at Le Saint Jus . The service from the young waiter was brilliant and made the stop very worth while. The covered patio area provided a lovely ambience and shade from the hot sun. Our food was delicous and well priced, but again, the service was excellent, and he has a great future in hospitality if he so chooses. Many thanks

Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel , le patron est accueillant , attentionné et gentil. Quand a la nourriture , elle est très bonne et de qualité et niveau quantité c'est très correcte. Le chef cuisinier est très bon , les prix sont correcte ( quand ont voit ce que certains restaurant vous servent a Sarlat et ce que vous payer y'a pas photos ). J'y suis allez manger avec ma femme , elle a prix un enchaud froid avec frites , et moi un burger du chef ( juste trop bon ). Je recommande fortement ce restaurant si vous passez par Saint - Julien de Lampon et que vous avez envie de vous restaurer avec des plats de qualité goûtu et varié.

A lovely little cafe/restaurant. I visit the area a few time a year and it is always a place to call especially in the off season as not many restaurants open in the evening the staff are really friendly and some speak excellent English The food is good the beef is excellent and the pizzas are great (too big for one person but any left they will box for you to take home) I would recommend it and in the summer it’s great to sit out on the terrace We’ve always just dropped in and had no problem (closed on Mondays) but best to...

We have visited here twice during our two week stay in the area and have booked again for Friday evening before we go home!

Excellent food- I can recommend the trout and the salade chèvre, and my daughter enjoyed the pizza (with leftovers they were happy to box up for us).
