Auberge Spécialités Corse "La pergola" — Restaurant in Sartène

One of the best meals I have ever had in France! The warmest and kindest people run this beautiful and authentic restaurant.

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants but there is a quality and unique taste found at Auberge Spécialités Corse that is not available at places with white cloth. Only food cooked with love can taste so good.

Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, I am so grateful for this experience.

Nous y sommes allés le lendemain de l'ouverture en juin. J'avais commandé par téléphone des pâtes aux gambas et mon ami a pris du sanglier. L'ambiance est familiale et bon enfant, la serveuse pas très professionnelle mais sympathique. Par contre les gambas quelle déception ! Soit surgelés depuis bien trop longtemps, soit frais mais massacrés par une supercuisson, en tout cas aucun goût, très farineux, presque l'impression de manger du papier. Mon ami a trouvé son sanglier plutôt bon. Bref pour un restaurant annoncé comme spécialiste des gambas c'était raté! Amateur passez votre chemin... Addition...

Dopo aver servito un tagliere di salumi mi viene detto che il piatto ordinato da me precedentemente non era disponibile…dopo aver accettato un entrecôte mi arriva una bistecca quasi impossibile da masticare, dura e senza sapore. Richiedo chiarimenti e la proprietaria con violenza prende la mia forchetta e rovista nel mio piatto assaggiando la bistecca e urlandomi contro, poi interviene il marito che si siede al tavolo con noi e mi invita a mangiare il piatto. Mi hanno spaventata e mi sono sentita aggredita....
