Finding vegetarian meals in Sartène was not easy, you can only eat so many margherita pizzas. I had eaten here once before and had the Salade Italiene, which was ok. I went back planning on getting a pizza, but they offer a focaccia aux legumes.

This is not the fluffy bread you are familiar with, this is very thin, almost cracker like bread. Lettuce on top then covered with vegetables drizzled with balsamic. And a good amount of Parma on top. It was very good. The plate was large, but as the bread is very thin, it is not as filling as eating a pizza. Very impressed and satisfied. And relieved I found a good vegetarian meal.

Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes pour le déjeuner dans un restaurant qui n'était pas plein. L'accueil a été chaleureux grâce à un serveur très sympathique, ce qui a bien commencé notre repas. En consultant la carte, deux d’entre nous ont été tentés par l’entrecôte grillée affichée à 21 €. Le serveur, bien que très aimable, n’a pas su nous renseigner sur la taille de la pièce de viande. Malheureusement, les frites servies n’étaient pas maison, et l’entrecôte était très grasse, ce qui a un peu gâché l'expérience. Au moment de régler l’addition, surprise : le prix de l’entrecôte avait augmenté à 23,80 €, sans explication. De plus, il n’était pas possible de faire un paiement séparé clair ; chacun a dû calculer et annoncer sa part individuellement, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'organisation.
