L’auberge du Pinu — Restaurant in Sartène

I ordered a fish appetizer but I didn't see any fish on my plate, was just something like a mini pancake. A bit disappointed since I'm on an island. For my main, I had ceviche which was even more disappointed, there were about 10 mini pieces of diced fishes and a big bowl of rice on a side which got me by and felt full. Not to mentioned, I was eaten up by mosquitoes. Be sure to spray yourself with Mosquito repellent before arriving at this place.

My partner had pizza and that was probably the only thing to die for at this place.

Just my honest opinion. I won't go back if not for the pizza.

such a nice surprise, amazing fish soup, very kind young man serving us very passionate about their traditional foods. very good fish , and liver. really nice. just there was several flys that need to handle them also somehow....

Nous avons découvert L’Auberge du Pinu à l’occasion de notre anniversaire, et quelle merveilleuse surprise ! Tout était succulent du début à la fin : des plats raffinés, généreux, préparés avec des produits de qualité et un vrai savoir-faire. Mention spéciale pour le velouté de châtaigne et le paleron de bœuf confit — un régal.

Le chef, d’une grande gentillesse, est même venu s’assurer que tout allait bien, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse et humaine. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent : 52 € pour un menu complet et copieux, dans un cadre convivial et soigné.

Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous passez dans le coin, on a adoré, et on y retournera...
