We ate at La Paillote a couple of times whilst at the hotel. We would have eaten a lot more if it wasn't for the poor service.
On the two times we ate we were asked for water when we sat down, on neither occasion did it arrive without regular prompting. The wine/beer was often left on the side whilst the staff were chatting away to each other or looking at their phones.

The accommodation, the location, the food, the service, it couldn't be better!! We thank the staff again for this...

Corsica has much more to offer a this had been the lowest point of our trip and we have been coming to...
