I visited this restaurant for my bday, and it was one of the best restaurant for my bday so far. I know it sounds exaggerated, but I really want to recommend this place.

From the beginning (butter and bread) to the end, (I chose the mille feuille) the plates were perfect. It was harmonious, humble, not show-off but sophisticated at the same time. Me and my husband dare to say this place is better than 2star restaurants in Paris. Of course the service was warm, friendly, professional.

An absolute gem! Every dish we had was beautifully crafted, full of flavor and perfectly balanced, the kind of meal that stays with you long after you’ve left the table.

Restaurant au concept intéressant qui a élu domicile au sein du complexe hôtelier de l'Hyatt de Chantilly. Le chef y a installé ses cuisines qui desservent 2 concepts juxtaposés : le Kraft et le Nord. L'un sublime au travers d'un buffet ++, sous forme d' étals, des produits souvent simples ou bruts, mais soigneusement sourcés. L'autre dans un style neo industriel mer en avant une cuisine authentique revisitant la cuisine des Hauts de France. 2 très beaux projets bien exécutés.
