We came to this restaurant by chance, having asked advice about the best places to eat from the chateau owner of the degustation we were doing in nearby Madiran. We arrived later than is normally appropriate for out evening meal but were welcomed warmly all the same. We chose the degustation menu and were able to get a good overview of what was on offer locally in the region both in terms of food and wine. Everything was prepared with care and beautifully presented. Beautifully put together and full of flavour. Exxtemely nice hotel in the centre area of town. No parking at the hotel, but plenty of free parking nearby (less than 100mtrs). The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, well fitted with storage and a really nice shower room. The 1st time in France we have seen a room 12b (instead of 13). Dinner was a gastronomic delight (on the terrace) with a delicious white wine.
