Buffalo Grill Thiers — Restaurant in Thiers

Dear oh dear , upon arrival we were told at least a 40 minutes wait until we were served so ordered drinks and waited and waited no drinks turned up and just over an hour later they took our order with a promise drinks were on their way , all the time more people were arriving and being seated and not served anyway we didn't bother with starters as we would have still been there waiting and no drinks turned up , asked for the bill and spent another 15 mins watching 3 members of staff try and fail to work the till got there in the end , many customers were getting very agitated and vocal totally understaffed and poorly trained staff couldn't cope , food was bland and Definitely not worth the...

The serving staff were lovely but we felt there were some issues in the kitchen as food was so slow to come out. We ordered our desserts at the same time as our main course but this didn't speed things up at all, the wait between courses was very long. Then one of the desserts was wrong when it finally arrived !

Food was normal for buffalo grill. The light in the toilet wasn't working.

Shame as these restaurants used to be great to stop at en route with the kids as we travelled France. But they have gone downhill since covid (maybe staff issues) and they've got quite a lot...
