AVOID!! The rudest service I’ve ever received in a restaurant.

I had to write a review as we went for lunch as a family, and the lady working there actually shouted at me when I went up to ask for the bill. I asked in French and she didn’t seem to understand & I asked in English & she didn’t understand and she actually told me off and was so rude. I know there were possibly crossed wires language wise, but to speak to a customer in that way with no apology is inexcusable, and the lady should think about whether a job in customer service is for her. I was on the verge of tears & shaking as I was so shocked that she spoke to me like that in front of my young Daughter. She’s lucky I paid the bill and didn’t just walk out.

Constantly very busy, so beware when going looking for a quick bite, as service times are very slow, because the wait staff has a lot on their hands. Food and drink is very OK, but still better than a lot of places...
