L'Arbanais — Restaurant in Toulon

The service is incompetent and does not have any comprehension for clients . There were absolutley no covid security measures- the waitress did not wear any mask, there was no control of the pass sanitaire (we were sitting inside) and the distance between the tables was insufficient.

I ordered a salat with chevre and found a caterpillar in it. Of course, i know that this kind of suprisement can be found in a salat- but as I ordered a salat for 16€ I was assuming that it will be washed before presenting it to a client. As the waitress asked afterwards what was wrong we told her about the caterpillar and that it is for me as a pregnant woman not acceptable. She was just laughing and saying its not that bad and charged us the full prize. She didn‘t apologized for anything.

The clients on the table nearby (as I said before there was no sufficient distance between the tables) were smoking one cigarette after another and even got an ashtray from the waitress.

All together- too expensive and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there- unless you like eating in an ignorant and overprized Environment as...

"Un snack au prix d'un bistronomique" A lire les avis, je n'ai pas dû manger dans le même établissement. L'accueil est mitigé et l'on ne peut visiblement pas à 20h10 un samedi soir, prendre un verre pour un apéro dînatoire à 8 couverts. Non, il faut manger un plat/personne 🤷‍♂️. La nourriture est relativement insipide et des plats mentionnés dans la carte sont absents ou l'on ne les sert pas le soir, pourtant la publicité sur les chevalets à l'extérieur du "resto" est de sortie (attrape couillon de touristes)... Le pire de tout, lorsque vous demandez du pain, vous avez le droit de récupérer en direct la corbeille de la table voisine dont les personnes viennent de quitter les lieux... On a fermé des établissements pour moins que ça !! Et je sais de quoi je parle. La vue ne fait pas tout, on aimerait se détendre en se faisant plaisir à un prix très onéreux ok, mais pour manger de la restauration rapide et en speed (apéro, plat servis en simultané et dessert) 35...
