Logis Hôtel la Clé des Songes — Restaurant in Toulon

Booked hotel via booking.com at end of March to enable us to walk to a Balland Gourmond which entails 6km walk with wine tasting and food every Km,the idea we could park I. The village and walk to the vineyard without having to drive.Luckily we decided to check into hotel before walk at 13:30 only to be told he had no record of our reservation and he wax now fully booked due to a wedding party.Friends who were with us who had booked 2 days after us had a room but not our 2 room booking.Although we had our booking confirmation with us he denied all knowledge of booking.This ruined our day and necistated us finding another hotel at short notice and meaning we now had to drive partly defeating reason for staying away. Do not trust this hotel !!!!!!! thankyou for ruining...

Friendly owner, but I have to say this is a very basic hotel. Probably your only option in this area, however. |Entrance via a strange backdoor that would have fitted perfectly in a warehouse environment. You get to the first floor: white tiles, it feels cramped and cold. The room itself is small, and the shower even smaller (you'll hit the door while showering if you intend to use any soap). |We picked this village (near multiple vineyards) only to be close to a wedding, only to realize that there wasn't any cab to bring us back - so be aware that you'll need your own wheels if you're staying in pierrefeu.
