Un pur moment de plaisir. Des pizzas excellentes, bien garnies et une cuisson parfaite. Il y a pas de secrets, vive les produits frais. La pate est aérée, et la croûte se mange comme un petit plaisir. Vrai coup de coeur pour la pate aux graines. Sublime. Stop a la routine, les pizzas proposées sont recherchées, cuisinées et savoureuses. En ce qui concerne le lieu, c'est une ambiance familiale et cosy, et le service a table est un vrai plus. Pâtes un peu trop fine à notre goût. Manque un peu de sauce tomate. Quand on soulève le jambon, la pâtes est blanche. Je pensais que la fior di latte rendrait la pizza "oncutueuse". Ca c'est pour la critique négative. Pour la critique positive, les produits sont bons, la garniture généreuse. La pâtes et la sauce tomate sentent le travail passionné du pizzaiolo. J'espère que la critique est constructive. J'ai le souci du détail mais vous pouvez commandez les yeux fermés.
