Le fournil St-Honoré — Restaurant in Toulouse

I've been a regular customer for 5 years. But when you increase the price of some items by more than 30% in less than a year all the while canceling special offers and decreasing your staff, but that you still can afford to close several days to make some absolutely useless redesigning of the place, it is a good sign that you purposefully take advantage of your customer base.

In response to the owner: I do not pretended to know what's best for your company, I say you do not have the customers' interests at heart, which kind of shows in your response. The inflation in France was nowhere near 30%, so you're obviously taking advantage of the situation. Even some of your employees told me they were shocked by how much you rose your prices. But sure, if making the customers pay for some shiny new counter tops and display units is what's "good for your company internally", go at it, but I won't...

I visited this bakery once during my stay in Toulouse, read some negative reviews now and get really disappointed for the personnel of the bakery.

I had a very pleasant experience there, everyone was very friendly even though my French is far from being fluent. I ordered some tartelletes, incl. Framboisine, all of them were simply delicious and the raspberry was fresh without any even slightest hints of the mold. I'll definitely come back if in toulouse again and hope you will be profitable and positive despite some nasty comments, you cannot...

Petite boulangerie bien mignonne, où je retourne régulièrement faire mes emplettes de croissants, choco, baguette.

Une boulangerie ça sert à ça avant tout, et le Fournil le fait très bien.

À part ça, il y a une variété d'en-cas parmi lesquels mes préférés sont le croque-monsieur/croque-madame, et les sandwiches tels que celui avec du rôti de porc dedans (j'ai oublié l'intitulé exact).

J'étais fan également de leurs salades, mais depuis qu'ils en ont réduit les tailles il y a quelques mois je préfère m'en passer. C'est d'ailleurs bien dommage car les mélanges sont intéressants ; seulement une unique boîte de salade ne suffit pas à combler mon appétit.

Étant peu friand de desserts et plutôt consommateur d'eau, je n'ai jamais trouvé d'intérêt aux formules proposées. J'aimerais beaucoup voir s'installer un petit programme de fidélité ou une remise occasionnelle pour les étudiants, car je dois avouer que ça m'encouragerait à y retourner plus souvent.

Bref, en tout cas j'aime y retourner régulièrement une à deux fois par semaine, et parfois plus quand il me faut des croissants.
