Lee & Chi — Restaurant in Toulouse

Attracted by their good review but it was 2 huge disappointment. I first came here for dinner, arrived at 7:40pm the same time with another different guest and we both were given the menu right after sitting down. But the lady didn’t even have chance (or maybe she didn’t bother to) say a word, just turn into the shop continue busy with all kind of works but she just has no time to come take our order. I waited for 25 minutes and left with a stomach full with anger and disappointment. I understand it could be due to lack of people but a small word “please wait” could make it a lot better. I felt I was a transparent stone in the restaurant. After 2 days I came again for lunch (due to some reason) and this time I understand why many google review mentioning “the girl was friendly” because it’s actually a different person and this girl is really taking good care of all customers with polite communications full with smiles, and she also ask for feedback after serving food. Ok come to main part, the food: it was just so so not even reaching the level of “good”. I had the titkha, which I saw good reviews from several people but what I get was not the same as previous customer had in their picture. First difference, I didn’t get the half piece boiled egg in the bowl. Second difference, the color of the stew in previous customer’s bowl was darker than what I had (this pork caramel stew uses spices and dark soy sauce so darker color means more tasty). I would say ok to come here for lunch but...

On a pris un Bo-Bun à emporter avec un ami, c'est frai et assez bien assaisonné ce qui montre que la cuisine en générale est surement d'assez bonne qualité. Par contre, payer 10,5 euros cette pauvre petite box Bo-Bun car la serveuse ne voulait pas nous faire de formule du midi à 12 euros (entrée+plat) pour les plats à emporter, je trouve que c'est carrément abusé, le geste commercial aurait été appréciable. En plus de cela, il était marqué qu'à emporter les plats étaient à -10%, évidemment que cette offre a été déclinée par la serveuse au dernier moment. Dommage que l'accueil des clients qui prennent des plats à emporter et qui travaillent pas loin soit aussi exécrable, ca ne donne vraiment pas envie d'y retourner.

Bonjour, En fait quand un client vient vous voir le midi en vous demandant un menu à 12€ entrée plus plat, vous ne lui faites pas le micro Bo-Bun à 10,50€, même si ca ne correspond pas à votre carte, c'est la base de la restauration et ca impact au final directement votre image de marque. Avec mon collègue vous nous avez mis dans une situation délicate ou nous n'avions pas pu refuser car nous étions devant le fait accompli (aussi nous n'avions plus assez temps pour déjeuner). Comme je l'ai dit c'est dommage car votre cuisine n'est pas mauvaise, le Bo-Bun était frai et bon et l'on voit via vos commentaires sur google que vous êtes énormément impliqué. Mais si ca vous embête de devoir servir des clients à emporter (parce qu'on a clairement senti qu'on était de trop dans votre restaurant ce jour là), et bien arrêtez la vente à emporter et concentrez vous, en attendant, sur les clients qui sont sur place et sur la vente via Uber Eats et autres. Voila j'espère avoir été plus clair....

Beautiful place with very nice hosts and the chef is amazing with lot of varieties in Vietnamese food. Received an excellent service from the staff, they are always very kind to us. They speak good English. I would like to recommend to atleast try out once to have an amazing experience with a wide variety of food and the it's very cost effective as...
