Les Jardins de l'Olympe — Restaurant in Toulouse

Well if you are in Blagnac or if you like somewhere with outdoors this is an interesting restaurant. They have great grilled squids at 24€ which was tender and tasty. You can choose a bottle of wine from the cellar and if you choose to have it served there is a service fee of 10€. If you don't finish the bottle, you can take it away, they will very kindly cork it and pack it in a paper bag for you. The minus points for the restaurant: some tables were very close to one another and you get cigarette smoke from the next table. The proximity of the tables also meant the noise unless you talk loudly you won't hear each other. The live music was great but it also meant noise. Parking was extremely difficult despite being there on a weekday evening. Reservations required if you want a table they were...

Poor experience. Atmosphere is good but that's about it. Food isn't very tasty compared to many other places we visited in Toulouse. Service isn't very friendly either: a request to taste one of their wines in anticipation of ordering a bottle (which they also offer by the glass - hence the taste request) was met with stares. As other reviewers mentioned, many flies are present including in the inside restaurant. One ended up in our wine glass, see picture - which can happen, but it took a few requests and seemingly annoyed stares just to get a new clean empty glass as if we were somehow responsible for the fly in our cup. Try somewhere else unless you just want the ambiance and don't care about...

I was here today for my cousin's birthday, the food was delicious, very tasty and my steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. My family loved their meals too . The only thing wasn't 100% was the fries but I didn't mind because the mash potatoes was super delicious and so the greens with mushrooms . Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was good . My cousins birthday cake was a chocolate cake with mousse on top and something crunchy at the bottom ....was super good too and well decorated. I will definitely come back because I still think on the meat ...that was super ,...
