We arrived towards the closing hours and couldn’t be seated then as we stood on the sidewalk to review what other options we had, the young guy who is running the restaurant went outside, apologized once again and offered other Japanese restaurant recommendations, then came out an older lady who also asked to be excused for the exceptional closing hours as they had a family occasion to attend. So first and foremost, it's not ramen in the traditional sense, the broth is not thick enough and the ingredients are a bit strange HOWEVER, it is one of the best noodles I have had anywhere, let alone in Toulouse. If you come here in person expect the service to be slow as it's just one lady who works really hard and fast but there's a limit to how fast she can go. Amazing food and recommend...

Recomended, really nice food and very well cooked. Most had ramen and it was super nice, I had the pork ribs, and they were melting soft and with really nice flavour.
