3 Canadians here - we have had Indian cuisine in Vancouver and Montreal and I can say without a doubt this is the best Indian food I've ever had! And I've had ALOT of Indian food.
Service was exactly what I'm looking for, attentive without being over bearing or overly chatty.
Ambiance - delightful. On a Monday it was a FULL restaurant and we were lucky to get in. Indoor and patio dining, we sat on the patio and it was excellent. Clean, covered, and protected from the wind.
The food - oh my god the food - SO flavorful. We had the 3 course menu for 28 euro and it made me wish I was staying longer so I could come again and try EVERY combination!
We had chicken tikka, the seekh kebab(lamb), the Rogan Josh(lamb) and the chicken makhani. Absolutely divine, meat was moist as it should be, not overdone and everything was great portion sizes. For dessert we had the sorbet and Gulab Jamun which were a fantastic finish to a fantastic meal.
I also really enjoyed the pacing. There is no rush from anyone to hurry, once our appetizers were cleared it was another 15ish mins for our main, which I really enjoyed. It allowed us to have another drink, relax and gave us great anticipation considering how much we enjoyed the appy's.
Worth every notch I had to loosen on my belt.
Hubs and I are now working out logistics for a longer trip to Toulouse literally because this food was so good.

This place used to be good. I had been here before many times. The dishes are adapted to the French palette, so they’re mild to begin with but that’s expected with Indian food in France.
However it looks like they’ve changed owners which you call tell from the nose dive in the quality of the food. It seems they now cook the meat separately and then add it in the sauce before serving it to you. You take one bite and you realise that it’s not fresh and the meat has no flavour from the spices, aside from it being cold (as it was cooked much earlier) and hard to chew.
Not to mention the rude staff at the till. During our dinner we complained that our garlic naans had an extreme amount of raw (!) garlic, which we tried to eat but were unable to, so we requested to replace them with normal naans. We then realised they had also charged us for both the garlic naans and the replacement naans and they refused to subtract the garlic naans from our bill (talking about €8 here). After about 5 mins of heated discussions the guy decided to take the garlic naans out, all the while complaining that he had to pay for them from his own pocket (?).

Read moreFantastic service from very efficient and attentive staff, who were friendly, polite & courteous. It's such a shame that the food was such a letdown.
The smallest & overcooked poppadoms were presented, followed by a chutney tray after we had finished them!
Starters were good - Chicken Tikka & Sheesh Kebab.
Our Nan breads were served with our starters, which resulted in them being stone cold when our mains arrived.
Mains were dreadful - Butter Chicken, which was basically chicken with a tin of tomato soup poured over, a little cream & butter to thicken, garnished with almonds. No flavours or authenticity.
The beef curry was extremely bland with a very watery sauce without sufficient flavour or spice. Rice was light & fluffy.
Dessert - A selection of three ice cream was the absolute highlight 😋
Not the greatest experience, certainly the worst Indian cuisine I've experienced, which is a real shame as the staff were so...
