It does deserve it’s Michelin Bib Gourmand. Overall we had a pleasant dining experience. My beef chuck with demi glace sauce could have used a little bit more salt, otherwise the cook of the meat and sauce was perfect. My friends ordered the lunch menu, it was delicious but quite basic for the Michelin distinction they were awarded. Food and plating could have been more or even a bit elevated and yet it seemed really just like brasserie lunch set. I’ve been to all the bib gourmand rated restaurants in and around Toulouse so I can compare well, they could do way better with the food, to be honest. The dessert, it wasn’t as great as I expected. The menu even the à la carte felt just a tad bit lazy for me, in my opinion. The wine recommendation was good for us though. Price wise generally, it’s reasonable. Went to this restaurant with my family to celebrate a birthday. The welcome we received was really good, and so was the general atmosphere. The lunch room itself is not very large, but it is also quiet. We were served our first meal in about 15-20min, which was very acceptable taking the meal's quality into account. Each meal was as tasty as they were original, and none of the guests this evening left unsatisfied.

Cuisine gastronomique sur tableaux, produits frais de qualité avec un service agréable, professionnel et sans chichi. Très bien sur ce plan. Carte des vins excellente, principalement en Bio avec de belles découvertes à prix abordables. Côté cadre la décoration est réussie, l'ambiance est cosy : jolie terrasse en bois avec de beaux massifs de plantes, intérieurs très beaux, surtout la salle du bas avec du beau mobilier (tables en bois massif, éclairage d'ambiance chaud, dressage pro, chaises design, poêle à bois, rideaux, etc...). Par contre l'espace d'accueil entre la porte et le bar est très très mal agencé. C'est à revoir : ça se bouscule entre les entrées et les sorties, c'est très peu pratique pour payer en groupe, le tout bouchant l'accès à l'escalier vers la salle du bas. Une si mauvaise conception des espaces de circulation est incompréhensible d'autant que ça laisse une impression d'inconfort voire de négligence du client à l'arrivée comme à la sortie !
