Restaurant Jul's — Restaurant in Valence

We went to the restaurant since we stayed in the hotel nearby. When we got the drinks, there was a piece out of one of the wineglasses. This wasn't such a big of a deal so we just went with it. Next we ordered 2 veal steaks, a burger and a steak tartare. Since my sister and mother are allergic to gluten and lactose, they asked if we (brother and father) could get the fries instead, but they just got a "bigger" salad with 2 small pieces of tomato and lettuce after they just didn't want to take the time to make rice or potatoes instead. The steaks took 10minutes to arrive and where obviously undercooked. We asked if they could take it back just to get it back 20 minutes after me and my dad already finished our burger and tartare. The steaks where juicy but a overbaked. Afterwards we did mention it wasn't cooked properly and he argued a bit saying everyone likes it and it should be rosé, but it was raw.
