Very disappointed with this restaurant. My nephew politely approached one of your cooks to inquire about the location of the restroom. Shockingly, the cook responded with an inappropriate and disrespectful remark, telling my nephew that he was not permitted to use the restroom. This unwarranted and humiliating response left my nephew feeling deeply disrespected and embarrassed in front of all guest.

I strongly believe that customers, regardless of their age, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Denying a basic human need, such as access to a restroom, to anyone, let alone a 14-year-old child, is both insensitive and unacceptable.

In addition, I am aware that maintaining a high standard of customer service is of utmost importance to your establishment. However, the actions of your cook not only failed to uphold these standards but also cast a shadow on the reputation of La Voile Rouge. Customers patronize your restaurant with the expectation of a pleasant dining experience, and incidents like this only serve to tarnish your reputation and erode customer trust.

I sincerely hope that you will address this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. As a valued customer, I had anticipated a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at La Voile Rouge, and it deeply saddens me to have to compose this letter. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with a relaxed atmosphere where both locals and expats enjoy their time. However, the service was very slow, even though we visited on a Thursday when it wasn’t too busy. The menu is a bit confusing, and the waiter struggled to provide accurate information about the fish portions. Overall, it’s a good spot, and I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's in the mid price range here at Libreville, hookah, drinks, and food, great atmosphere, and a great beach view.
