McDonald's — Restaurant in Tbilisi

This McDonald’s has completely lost it. Out of my last five delivery orders, not one has arrived correctly. Items are constantly missing — and not just small extras, but the main dish itself. Imagine ordering a burger, being hungry, and opening the bag to find everything except the burger. It’s beyond frustrating — it feels like a joke at the customer’s expense.

And it's not just delivery. Even the McDrive isn’t safe. One time, the burger was missing there too. But you’re in a rush, there’s a line behind you, and you trust the order is right — only to find out later you’ve basically been robbed of the main part of your meal. What do they expect? That we block the drive-thru, unpack everything at the window, and check every single item ourselves? Or maybe they want us to play scavenger hunt with our own order?

This is no longer random bad luck — it's systemic negligence. Either no one cares, or no one is doing their job. To other customers: don’t rely on this location unless you enjoy being disappointed. To management: this isn’t just poor service — it’s an embarrassment. Fix it before you lose even...

Only 2🧀🍔 made me to rate it on 4 . It's like bum place nowadays but bums from millionaires statements couse prices are to large . The old and fav flavour gone somewhere. Now I ate dzadzavania's kotleti 🇷🇺. But coke , it's much much better than in any other places 🥤

Service is fast and staff are polite and friendly ppl they deserve 5 🌟 🤩 .

Atmosphere wasn't gr8 couse to much noisy people were talking like someone made them to scream. 🔊🔉

Horrible service, especially MC Drive. Management should pay close attention to their stuff,which are being unreasonably rude and giving an attitude for no reason. Or maybe at least fix the mics, so we do not have to yell from the car and still get the wrong order. When we politely asked them to repeat the order - you should have seen their faces!! The chilli cheeseburger we ordered was old and with freezing cold jalapeño. You guys just lost your almost daily clients! Good job! And Good luck with running...
