We have been several times here. Service is bad, some meals are tasty.
We ordered and when we got our order, after waiting long, we got the wrong salade and they told that the wine we ordered wasn't available. When we made the order we even pointed all out on the menu. On that moment all seemed to be ok. Only when we were sitting they came to tell no wine. We wanted to leave but they told to pay anyway. Then I told solve the problem the wine requested isn't so special that you can't find, get it in the shop next door and solve the problem. The manager looked at me and killed me with her eyes. Ok, what if I will get the wine myself? Now, she could talk and told it's not allowed. Thank you for this solution!
On our visit before the music was loud (so loud that we couldn't hear each other sitting next to each other) and we asked several times if it could be turned down a bit. Enjoyed eating each of the pizzas. I think, the portion ks very good. A bit overpriced but still, worth it. And their milkshake and strawberry shake was just something!!!! You have to try them both, especially the one with strawberry 😍 Very clean place. Before we sat down, there was family dining and they were quite messy. As they went, the waitress and housekeeper cleaned up table AND FLOOR, as well. 5/5 for that.
But what makes the place so attractive - is the staff: so helpful and attentive. Pleasant to talk to (with skills of cross selling, too 😂). They know when to come, when to clean up the extra dish from the table and etc....

Their sauce was always a specialty, but it was cold and diluted. We also had their Mexican potatoes which were again bland and for 6 pieces of it, we paid 4 gel 🙄. Their chicken soup had no flavor and it was overpowered by the dill. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE at East Point . But then again the pizza's at their other locations could be good. Apart from all this, the decor was neat and the service was fair, although cause they only have few servers, they can tend to get forgetful. Price is pretty...
