Restaurant Rachuli — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I was with my friends to visit Tbilisi, we heard this restaurant from “Little Red”(小红书）, a popular social platform to search for food recommendations. We arrived one hour before the store was closed, there were several dishes already sold out, which I understood since it’s late. The food serving was slow though the waitress was nice, friendly. The experience was turning annoying when a Chinese guy, the owner maybe, came to our table 5 minutes earlier before the store is supposed to close, telling us it’s going to be close within five minutes but it’s okay for us to stay longer, but we will need to pay for commuting fee for the service while there was another table having dinner not far, and I didn’t see the owner going towards them to show this unspoken rule. We told him there was still a dish not served yet and we already told the waitress before whether it was ordered or not. I understand that the staff should leave off-work on time, but there is still something wrong with not treating customers equally, needless to say they are unwilling to accept card payment. In a word, I will not recommend it at all even though the food is authentic Chinese food and it...

Some of the food is okay. We arrived the place at 10.00pm and ordered food. At 10.55pm, still one dish doesn’t come and the owner said if we need to eat late after 11.00, we need pay the taix fee for waiter and waitress. At the same time, there is one table of 10 guests just start to eat 10.30pm. 烧烤味道还不错，有点咸，炒饭好吃，上菜慢。而且会先做预定桌的菜，即使他们人还没来。我们10点到的，10点55老板来说11点关门，菜还没上齐就说要么五分钟内走人要么给服务员小费。餐后西瓜还行。不给免费的tap water，不知道是格鲁吉亚规矩还是怎么着的。小红书来的，有些失望。 Food was alright I'll give them that, the Georgian waitresses were quite helpful, and free watermelon slices were sweet as well. However it was quite a disappointment for us as we travel to tbilisi and wanted some authentic chinese food with average level of service and we didn't get that fully. We entered restaurant at 10pm and we werent informed by anyone that they close at 11pm. While we were waiting for our food, they were preparing dishes for a reserved table, which slowed our serving. At 10:55 owner (suspected) came to us and basically told us either we leave within 5mins or we have to tip the waitress for overworking, meanwhile we were still waiting for that one last dish bc they didn't prioritize our food even though we were sitting there and waiting.
