Sanapiro — Restaurant in Tbilisi

At first they said my dog was not welcome in the outdoor area, which I felt was odd. Then, another staff member agreed if she was by the entrance. Unfortunately, she squandered her chance and commenced digging up the decorative garden and peeing by the fountain.

We had our last dinner at Sanapiro after a 19-day-trip through Georgia and culinarily we couldn't have ended it better. Everything tasted really great and I loved their home-made lemonade best. The ordering process was good and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. All food was freshly prepared and arrived hot on our table. The location is really nice and although the restaurant is next to a loud and big street, you couldn't hear that at the outside area...

I ordered liver and hearts from Chashnagir through Glovo. Half of the liver was extremely bitter, while the other half was fine. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, the restaurant blamed me, claiming it was my fault because the dish is made with pepper, and I "should have specified" not to include it. Excuse me, but I am perfectly capable of distinguishing bitterness from spiciness, and I can certainly tell the taste of bile from the taste of black pepper! Besides, how can you explain that half of the dish was fine?

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant and ordered from them frequently. This was my first-ever complaint, but such behavior is absolutely unacceptable!

Я заказала через Glovo блюдо с печенью и сердечками из ресторана Чашнагири, который привозится из этого ресторана. Половина печени была очень горькая, другая половина нормальная.
