McDonald's — Restaurant in Übach-Palenberg

The management need to take action here quickly. I was there with my wife today at 10:17, no m Muffins available. Ordered 2 wraps, 1bacon and 1 cheese, only pickup was available as no table number signs were out. Eventually arrived, both the wraps were cold, my wife went and asked should they be hot, yes they should and took them both back. No particular interest. Circa 3 Minuten later they were replaced with 2 more The cheese was 1 small piece and on the bacon 2 very small pieces. At first bite they were slightly warm but by the middle were also cold. The couple on the next table had overhead us, and said their m Muffins were also cold and we're changed. The latte coffe was also not what I would call hot Definitely no temperature control was made today. As we tried to eat our cold wraps I noticed that the man from preparation was dutifully brushing the floor, at the end brush away cleaned his nose on his hand back and put 1 Handschuhe on his left hand to put meat patties for cooking, Handschuhe Off. Possible co workers came in with jacket and rucksack, fist bombs and greating then back to work on food preparation. Not once did he go to clean his hands or disinfection. Is this the new standard? Digital order did not work. Money was deducted from account. When I told employee he did treat me like I was lying , even after ibshowed him my bankstatement... very rude and unprofessional people work there. Also food not well treated like McDonalds Standard. Even a Flurry they can't make decently and just make ice and the toppinhs on top....not really a flurry which should be mixed .... a mister guest to rate these people would be not too much to do....I remember McDonalds did that in the past to improve their franchise. Personally I would like to receive some kind of appologies but this people which where there at 23.08.2022 around 16:30 were even to unexperienced to do such thing...

McDonald's Übach-Palenberg. Today the service was below zero. Ordered my food at the terminal. Notification that only payment at the counter was possible. A queue at the counter but only 1 person was available for payment. And she was serving a lady who had troubles using her McDonald's app. After the problem was solved (10+ minutes), she started serving food to customers, ignoring the large queue behind me. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I left the place. This place has definitely lost me and my granddaughter as a...
