Klosterbrauerei Andechs — Restaurant in Andechs

Today my boyfriend and I, we came here with our friend. This place ist awesome! sunny, great view, tasty beer......The only thing that I only give four stars becuz we could not buy half of the pork knee. I mean there are a lot of people would order it, they should also consider to put that in the menu.

BTW, the liquor there are also soooo tasty: try the berry and the honey one, it will blow your mind!

Very recommand to come here with friends in...

Terrific day trip from Munich to enjoy country scenery and the best schweinshaxe IMO. The Klosterbrauerei beer is very good too. Took the train to Herrshing and hiked about 4 km to the monastery to get some exercise before the big meal. It was public holiday the day we visited and the beer hall was very busy at 2 pm, but thinned out quickly by 3. A good not too touristy thing to do. Or a must if you are on a beer...

Ja es ist fast immer sehr voll hier vor allem zur Mittagszeit und es kann einem auch wie Massenabfertigung vor kommen aber hey die Leute die dort arbeiten geben echt alles um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Geben Essen und Getränke aus räumen auf putzen die Tische für die nächsten Gäste. Und das grenzt schon an Akkordarbeit und bleiben dabei auch noch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Bier vom Fass Mega lecker die Haxn die ich hatte so perfekt wie man sie nur hier kriegt. Ich komme gerne her zur Einkehr aber auch für einen Besuch in der wunderschönen Kirche.Tipp von mir ich wollte auch nur eine halbe Haxe was bekanntlich nicht ausgegeben wird. Bei den fleißigen Damen an der Metzgerei bekommt man Material zum einpacken in Form von Papier. Großer Extra Punkt hierfür weil es endlich mal kein Plastik oder Alu ist. Und die andere Hälfte der haxn schmeckt auch sehr gut kalt am nächsten Tag. Ich komme wieder. Ps hab vergessen das auch das Kraut...
