Landhaus Zum Schwanen — Restaurant in Babenhausen

This is not even close to be called Italian restorant. The service is Unprofessional at all, the food takes a while to arrive ( starter and main ) and i have been looking mostly the staff because of the waiting. I think not even the owner know what he does, it's like nobody have a little experience in the floor. I spoke with the owner and he has been always working in kitchen so why don't you stick working in there? My table was dirty all the time and nobody cleaned, pretty bad... I finish my beer and nobody took my glass or the wine glass of my wife, the main course dishes was in our table about 35 min and it was not busy, the waiter was rude with us but with other guest was different, loud and frinedly but not with everyone, my and another man just watch each other cause he was playing behind the bar with the coop-worker. I'm sure that they don't even know what is up selling. And to let them be forgive, they just invited me limoncello and i swear that it was just a little dash. We sat outside and were quickly served, after the waiter recleaned the table for us. The bread was incredibly fresh and tasty, olives were good. We then shared mixed salad and Vitello Tonnato, both tasted really good and fresh. For the main course, my friend had pork schnitzel with asparagus and potatoes and I had my allergy friendly variation of veal medallions with carrots, broccoli and pan-fried/roast potatoes. I finished every bit of it. The meat was very tender and everything else perfect as well. My friend was very happy with his dish as well. The friendliness of the service was good to ok. One waiter was very friendly, the other one not so much, but also not unfriendly. He brought everything we wanted and asked the necessary questions, but he was also a bit forgetful at times. His perfume was a bit too strong, but I am also very sensitive to smells. The atmosphere on the patio was nice under the linden tree with all the flowers and plants.

Mittagstisch viel Potential nach oben. Essen war in Ordnung, der Service leider nicht so. Es dauerte alles insgesamt sehr lange. Wir kamen um die Mittagszeit. Draußen ist ein großer Aussteller, mit dem der Mittagstisch (3 Gänge) beworben wird. Wir bekamen nur die normale Karte, nach der Mittagskarte musste man gezielt fragen. Und dann gibt es noch eine Tafel, die am Tisch aufgestellt wird. Insgesamt also sehr viele Menüs. Wer welches Menü zu sehen bekommt, entscheidet anscheinend der Kellner. Als ich nach dem Mittagsmenü fragte, wurden uns zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgerichte, die zur Auswahl standen genannt. Das dauerte dann alles etwas lang, Gäste die nach uns bestellten, bekamen ihr Essen vor uns. Der Kellner räumte irgendwann ab und es war nichts von Dessert zu sehen und zu hören. Ich fragte nach der Rechnung und die kam dann auch, allerdings auch da keine Rede von Dessert oder Kaffee. Also der dritte Gang ist anscheinend die Rechnung. Schade!
