Die Eismanufaktur hatte ich als Tipp von einem Freund erhalten, weil ich eh in der Nähe sei und das sei die beste Adresse. Da ich seinen Eisempfehlungen blind vertraue steuerten wir das Ziel an. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr große Sortenauswahl mit interessanten Varianten, sondern auch hausgemachte Soßen in einem kleinen, aber feinem Ambiente. Mehr kann man nicht bekommen. Das Eis war wirklich ein Traum.

Heute waren wir wieder einmal hier. Ich hatte ja einmal einen ziemlich bösen Verriss unter dem Eindruck der hier sehr strengen Corona Maßnahmen geschrieben. Jetzt ist alles anders. Super freundliche Bedienung, das Eis (lustigerweise hatte die selben Sorten wie damals, obwohl ich die alte Bewertung nicht gelesen hatte) war richtig lecker. Kurzum. 5 Sterne. Zu empfehlen.

one of the best ice cream I ever had! If you are a "nutty-hazel-almond" person... you have to try Holzhacker AND!!! gebrannte Mandel... if you have " a big" sweet tooth.. you can top it with a complete "menu" of all nutty ice cream with a good dollop of whipped cream AND candied /coarsed almonds AND salty caramel sauce... should I say more? The best... when you come a second time ( which is nearly unalterable I´d dare to say) she will greet you like an old friend.. so: go and get your ice cream as soon as possible!! You won´t be...

Amazingly rich home-made ice-cream! My favourite is the delicious creamy roasted almond ice-cream. For a real full chocolate experience, come to this place! Its wonderful to walk around in the tiny village with it and enjoy the picturesque...

Lovely, friendly staff, and pretty good waffles and icecream (with fresh, homemade, chemical-free fruit sauces an option).

However, it's probably the only place open in the village before 17:00, with no competition...
