McDonald's — Restaurant in Bad Grönenbach

The drive-thru employee was inappropriately rude to me. First I observed that I didn't get the Caesar Wrap that I had ordered, and I was given a single cheeseburger that I did not order. So I told the drive-thru employee that there was a mistake. She argued with me and told me that I ordered a single cheeseburger and not a Caesar Wrap. Furthermore, she told me I needed to re-enter the drive-thru if I wanted a Caesar Wrap because I didn't order it in the first place. So I asked for my receipt because she didn't give it to me with my food. She scoffed at me and told me she was busy taking another order, and asked her colleague to search for the receipt. After a minute or two, her colleague came and handed me the receipt. I examined the receipt and saw that indeed I paid for a Caesar Wrap and there was no single cheeseburger on the order. I showed the drive-thru employee my receipt and insisted that I wanted my correct food. She reached out the window and actually swatted my hand away and told me again that I was incorrect and to be quiet. I once again insisted on my correct food. She again scoffed at me, then reached down and instantly handed me a Caesar Wrap that was evidently sitting there already prepared. As she handed it to me she gestured for me to go away. All'ingresso hanno messo un spazio per controllo green pass e fino a qui tutto regolare . Mi è stato chiesto di far vedere mio certificato covid a scanner dove risulta regolare , poi mi chiede di mostrare un documento di identificazione ( patente di guida ) , non mi pare regolare perche persone che operano dentro negozio non hanno e non devono avere nessuna autorizzazione di richiedere ai clienti i documenti ( non siamo delinquenti ricercati dalla Polizia ) , a questo punto dovevano inserire un strumento elettronico di lettura accessibile al esterno per poter usufruire dei servizi . In ogni caso dimostro di essere in possesso della documentazione COVID e mi reco alle casse per ordinare , a questo punto situazione peggiora perche cassiera mi richiede per quale motivo io non abbia mascherina di protezione FFP2 , quando loro personale indossano le mascherine di semplice cottone ! Non è coerente ne tanto meno valido nei punti vendita MCD. Esco senza fare nessuna scena anche se volevo solo ordinare all'interno e consumare all'esterno . Salgo in auto e mi sposto da ordinare su servizio 'in auto ' , due cappuccini troppo caldi e piu della metà del bicchiere era presente solo...
