Eiscafe Dolomiten — Restaurant in Baumholder

So I came here and at first I felt welcomed but that feeling came to a stop soon after I paid for 1 scoop of ice cream and cone. There was chairs outside that was empty without anyone near (to be exact 3) I took a seat and this worker comes out and said you must leave now. I asked why.. he then gives me a side eye and then you must leave again. I replied I just paid for this and im trying to eat in peace. I also said did I miss something did I need to reserve a seat. He said no you got a cone you must leave. So I replied ok then well I will buy another scoop and you can put it on a plate (apparently you must do this to sit). He then said no get it next time...I said no I will get another ow and I will be sitting cuase I came here to eat ice cream and sit to enjoy the weather. Mind you im the only person of color here so I tried to keep my composer. To me it was as if he didn't want a person of color I front of his store sitting and eating ice. Will never come again due to...

I’ve been here a few times and every time is a different experience. Either they’re very nice to us or absolutely rude. Very good ice scream but I don’t like how you’re not allowed to sit down if you order a cone. I’ve also been yelled at by the owner for picking up my puppy who was eating stuff off the ground while we were in the seated area. I understand if I were just sitting her on a chair but I was trying to avoid her getting sick. So they could do better on customer...

Been here twice already since we are vacationing nearby and 10/10 experience .The waiter/owner I believe is quick to tend to you and give you time as well as an English menu if you don’t understand German .He is also so very sweet and kind!!The icecream is sooo good and taste homemade with plenty of fresh and good flavors like pistachio!Will be coming back here again...
