Let’s start from the staff that can’t speak English and when we asked about some dishes, we didn’t know how to communicate. Me and my husband are allergic to some things and requested to change something so we can eat it and not get sick. We suggested extra cucumbers or something similar. Instead we received friend fish skin that was gross… secondly, the writers didn’t pay attention AT ALL and we tried to call them 3 times so we can get a dessert. After someone finally came, he was coughing at us and our food!!!! After few minutes, my husband went to the bathroom and saw the same person coughing into the box with salads… no comment… People that were preparing sushi, omg… one of them took shrimp without gloves and of course they serve that to somebody and second guy was eating vegetables in front of us. If you’re hungry, go to the back and have a 10 mins break to eat your dinner but eating in front of your guests is very inappropriate… After all me and my husband feel sick (our stomachs and my throat hurt already - it’s very easy for me to get sick after someone was caughing at me)… we paid almost €80 and we’re not happy at all… We won’t be back for sure and we DO NOT RECOMMEND until you...

Food was ok a bit expensive, there are cheaper restaurants with better food. They stay busy so I feel like my expectations were high going in. I was disappointed we waited for so long after we paid and gave our seat to a woman and her 3 kids when all we ordered was green tea icecream to go. (Not like they had to do anything except scoop) after waiting for what seemed like ever some dude tried to hand us hot tea to which we declined and said we didnt order that. Ist eigentlich mein Lieblingsrestaurant aber habe heute schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. War mit einer Freundin dort essen, wir wurden, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren an den größten Tisch den es dort gibt hingesetzt. Als wir dann bei unserem Hauptgang waren, mussten wir während wir gegessen haben unseren Tisch wechseln und uns an einen zweier Tisch setzten, da eine größere Gruppe gekommen war. Der Tisch an dem wir dann saßen war von Anfang an als wir ankamen frei und wir wurden trotzdem, an den großen gesetzt. Als wir dann fertig waren, nichts mehr bestellen wollten und noch gequatscht haben, wurden wir ohne Aufforderung direkt abkassiert, da der Tisch ja noch für später reserviert war. Danach unterhielten wir uns noch kurz und eine weitere Bedienung hat uns dann aufgefordert zu gehen da es ja noch reserviert war. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren zwei Tische leer und als wir später nochmal dran vorbeigegangen waren, waren die beiden Tische immernoch leer und unser vorheriger Tisch war besetzt. Sowas nenne ich keine Organisation, wenn ich meine Gäste während des Essens bitten muss den Tisch zu wechseln ist von Anfang an was schief gelaufen. Ich kann doch nicht den größten Tisch mit nur zwei Personen besetzten obwohl einige zweier Tische frei waren. Ich habe heute nicht wirklich Gastfreundschaft erlebt und bin auch relativ enttäuscht.
