My husband and I went to a funeral this morning and wanted to stop for breakfast afterwards. We arrived at the cafe at 11:35 and the lady told us through stubborn and tight lips that breakfast is over at 11:00. I was emotional. It was a hard morning, so I pushed back: “Is all the ham and cheese just gone or do you simply not want to sell it anymore?” She told us breakfast is over at 11:00. At that time, there are only two workers and they don’t have the capacity to slice ham and cheese. She was happier to allow us to leave than do a little work, but in the end, we decided to stay. The coffee was terrible and the grumpy lady had plenty of time to stand right in front of the cafe and smoke a cigarette with the customers. This is laziness at its finest, and unprofessional to boot! The bread was absolutely delicious, though, which is why I’m generous enough to give two stars rather than one. I...

Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort für die Mitarbeiter. Egal welcher Tag oder Uhrzeit. Kein Hallo oder Danke etc. Es ist wirklich schade, an einem schönen Sonntag Morgen eine fast leere Theke und unmotivierte Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Insgesamt alles sehr veraltet. Brötchen und Brezen sind mal gut oder weniger gut, weil staubtrocken und geschmacklos. Das kleine Gebäck ist dafür sehr lecker. Waren auf der Durchreise von einer Fahrrad-Tour. Personal hat sich lange mit Kundin über private Dinge unterhalten um uns anschließend mitzuteilen, daß die Softdrinks nicht für den Verkauf sind, um sich anschließend in den Freibereich zu setzen.
