If there is a way to give 0 star, I will do so after the rudeness and unfriendliness of the guy we spoke over the phone. We made of a reservation for a small camping place and not a house or any type of cottages. We had to cancel the reservation due personal reasons and the guy wanted us to pay 80% of the total price if no one will take over the reserved place. We find his reason illogical bacause at the end of the day he can easily say that no one took our reserved placed. He made an offer for us to pay 1 day which we had to discuss with entire family and made a return call. When we did the return call, we tried to ask for consideration if there was a way to lower down the penalty as it is more than 10% of the total payment and all of the sudden the guy took back his offer and hang up the phone. As we wanted to settle thing right, we politely reached back to the guy and accepted his initial offer of 1 day payment. However, he refused to make a deal with his own offer and hang up the phone again. I asked my German friend to explain to him the situation and the guy admitted his initial offer and did not want to do it anymore. He hang up the phone on my friend as well. Now, he is harrashing to pay the 80% of the total price.

Base on what we experienced, I would not recommend this camp site. It would be better to find another camp site rather than this or you will be sorry. You will only get unprofessional and rude...

Customer service over the phone was very rude and does not want to listen, he keeps insisting on what he wanted to say and hanged up the phone. We were trying to cancel our reservation due to personal reasons and he wanted us to pay for 80 %. In their terms and conditions, mostly are about their rooms, nothing mentioned about a camping/tent reservation.80% is way too high, we asked for another option he wanted us to pay 1day, so i told him we would think and call him back. We asked other resorts/camping area and some charge 10% and some doesn’t even charge anything because its just a tent area. If it was a room then it would be different. So we decided to ask if we could pay only half day, and he was more rude saying that we have to pay 80%and told us he had better things to do and did not want to talk. He could have explained things in a nicer way, also their reply rate when making reservation was very slow but sending out the bill for cancellations just took few hours after the...

Im Großen und Ganzen ein kleiner aber feiner Campingplatz. Wir haben 4 Tage in einem Schlaffass dort verbracht und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Fass wurde auf den ersten Blick sauber übergeben. Jedoch krabbelte meine Tochter,spielerisch, unten ins Fass,wo es doch Recht staubig war und noch Hundehaare am Holz zu finden waren. Nach näherer Betrachtung war auch zwischen den oberen Leisten noch Dreck zu sehen. Dennoch waren die Matratzen sauber und auch mit frischen Laken bezogen.

Das Personal war stets freundlich zuvorkommend. Ein wenig hinderlich war die Sprachbarriere des Gastropersonals. Einige Nachfragen wurden nicht verstanden und es kam zu Missverständnissen. Z.b. wollte ich für meine Tochter ein Fahrrad mieten,da im Internet mit einem Fahrradverleih geworben wird. Nach Bezahlung und Papieren ausfüllen, zeigte man mir zwei sehr grosse Erwachsenen Räder und meinte,dass das die einzigen Räder seien und für Kinder keine Räder da wären. Schade. Daraufhin wurde zwar alles wieder storniert, jedoch hätte man sich diese Zeit sparen können durch eine richtige Kommunikation.

Auch ob die dargereichten Pilze zum Schnitzel in einer Rahmsoße gereicht werden, wurde,nachdem 3 Damen vom Personal am Tisch waren, letztendlich mit ja beantwortet,was zum Schluss jedoch nicht der Fall war. Wie gesagt,sehr nettes Personal. Jedoch schwierig zu kommunizieren.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Die Pilze und das Mischgemüse waren ,rein geschmacklich,wohl aus der Dose.

Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch zu überteuert,da es sich vom Preisrahmen im Brunch bewegte.

Am Anreisetag frug man mich,ob ich jeden Tag einzeln das Frühstück zahlen möchte oder schon für alle Tage im Vorraus. Da man mich leider nicht informierte,dass ein eventueller Storno schwierig bis garnicht möglich sei, wählte ich einfachheit halber Zweiteres. Planungstechnisch wollte ich vor dem Abreisetag das Frühstück für diesen stornieren. Jedoch sagte mir der Besitzer,dass dies schwierig sei,da alles schon verrechnet wäre und dass die Frühstückskosten nicht zum Verhältnis des Aufwandes stehen. Der Besitzer war betont höflich, jedoch begegnete er mir sehr ironisch und schnippisch. Ich war nach diesem Gespräch sehr verärgert. Zumal ich nochmals fast 20 € für ein Frühstück zahlte,wofür ich ein Brunch erwartet hätte! Kundenfreundlich war das nicht!

Die Bäder waren sauber. Auch ist positiv anzurechen,dass das Duschen umsonst ist. Jedoch ist duschen sehr schwierig,wenn alle 5 sek( es sind genau5 sek) die Dusche ausgeht und man wieder den Knopf drücken muss. Da hätte ich lieber statt des überteuerten Frühstücks, Marken fürs entspanntere Duschen gekauft.

Und einen Fön hatte ich mir auch eingepackt,wäre ich über die Homepage informiert gewesen,dass es keinen vor Ort gibt.

Lietzow liegt sehr mittig auf Rügen und hat somit den Vorteil,dass man zu vielen Ausflugszielen auf der Insel nicht all zu lange fährt.

Ein Campingplatz mit Vor-und Nachteilen. Wer nicht zu viel erwartet fühlt...
