Fantasia döner pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

Awful customer service. My nan was always a fan of this place and ordered for us, only to be served with the wrong item (which happens). Waiter was incredibly rude and accused my nan of getting it mixed up and was incredibly defensive. Shameful shameful behaviour especially towards my nan. Worst of all the veggie pizza they bring did not taste nice at all. I had always enjoyed going there but some of their staff obviously need to learn about how to better treat their customers and also learn to respect the elderly. Boycotting this place from now and please be aware if you have an issue there, they may well try and accuse you to be the perpetrator, instead of being helpful...

Update: immer noch ein nettes Team und ganz leckeres Essen, aber leider ist der Service nicht mehr so toll wie früher. Man bekommt jetzt z.b irgendwie keine Punkte mehr, wenn man z.b einen vegetarischen Döner bestellt. Auch war die Stimmung früher irgendwie noch schöner mit den anderen Leuten

Irgendwie der bessere Döner hier in der Gegend. Die Bedienung ist wirklich freundlich und schnell. Es gibt stempelkarten und jeder zehnte Döner ist gratis. Man kann ganz gut draussen sitzen. Drin. Ist alles noch etwas schäbig. Toiletten sind wirklich dreckig. Aber das Essen ist ganz okay und wir kommen hier irgendwie immer wieder. Ich will nicht meckern. Es gibt Luft nach oben. they suddenly cancel the order (they say the cant send it because it too far, although it is on lieferando.) and want me to cancel it my self . but suddenly they want to deliver it because there are no "cancel" option on lieferando. idk this döner...
