La Femme Patisserie — Restaurant in Berlin

La Femme should be called La Posh! Here you are supposed to come and pay big money for basic / bad quality products and feel good surrounded by similar folks like you As a Person living nearby, I‘ve been here 3 times, trying to find the pastry which tasted good… After the last one, when the shopp Assistant told me to warm up my brownie in the microwave for couple of minutes so that it tastes better and feeling that at least 50% of the “delicacy” was made up of pure sugar and it was impossible to eat it, I gave up Another problem - La Femme doesn’t have it’s dedicated parking spaces (owners have no money to rent it? Ohhh poor owners!) and during evenings and weekends when the creame de la creame of the local Turkish society comes here on the huge expensive BMWs, Mersedes and Range Rovers, normal people living in the area have no space to park. If I had a chance - I will put it a 0. Stay away...

I had to get up multiple times and call an employee to make my order because nobody would take my order….also I payed 4.70 for a Moka Turkish coffee for a sip? Three quarters of the little cup was coffee sand ? The water glass that came with the Turkish coffee was also dirty. When I told the employee while I was paying my bill that the coffee was too little compared to what I usually drink he was speaking to me in a condescending way and saying yes moka is like that! No, sir I’ve been drinking that for YEARS and only a quarter of it is coffee sand not three quarters of it! Awful I won’t be coming back nor do I...

I had a last minute plan of bringing a cake for a surprise, and I came across La Femme and decided to give it a try on a Sunday. I paid 35€ for a Giant cake and it was actually really pretty so I was really satisfied. the only negative aspect is that most of the cake are very well decorated but they do not taste as they look. I expected something with more fruits inside but it was only cream and génoise which is still okay for a last minute plan cake. I went back to buy another cake month later and again there was nothing in the cake just cream and génoise and some lonely berries…. Could be better...
