i‘m sorry i never wrote you a good review in all three years i was hanging out with my dog at Grunewaldsee. i have to start on a bad note - because what happened today is just unacceptable. we were 5 people, all got a drink (aperols, wine, beer) but only me and my boyfriend ordered an asparagus and schnitzel dish to share, because we were not very hungry and i had it before and it was HUGE! sorry for not bringing so much money in, but it‘s not that you were packed either.. grumpy waitress rolled her eyes, took forever to bring our drinks.. and then brought the WORST DISH I EVER HAD IN THREE YEARS! half of the usual schnitzel with undercooked potatoes and overcooked, tasteless asparagus with the most disgusting Hollandaise sauce i ever tried. they didn‘t even bother to get us a side plate.. we never got asked if we are fine or want anything, so we just tried to eat it.. when we were done, it took us forever to get some attention and then nearly 10 minutes!!! for our waitress to come back with the card device.. honestly, i never thought of leaving without paying before, but tonight i did..

We had a party there - first of all - no wifi hot spot on premises and this is awful considering there is almost no cell reception there. Second is when they should’ve served the main course and I had to go out for 10 minutes and when I came back - they told me - they already threw it away. Which was ridiculous also one of the waiters lied to me that the cook left and it is not possible to cook another one. After one of my colleagues raised this question again - they agreed to make it though 🤷🏼‍♂️ but they did it like blue rare not even medium rare or medium it looked like a pity - no crust. Тhis is where "unfair parking" is located, called "fair parken"... Until a year ago, there was a barrier and it was clear that you had to pay to leave the parking lot. Now all I could see was that I had to download an App called EasyPark, and unfortunately in my rush to get to my appointment on time, I didn't realize that parking is paid and that there is a 30 euro fine for those who haven't paid . By the way, I saw at least five other cars that, like me, had received a fine. Apparently they didn't get the trick either.
