Portofino — Restaurant in Berlin

We ordered food here. This must be the most disappointing experience we've ever had.

We had salads, pizza, Schnitzel and Kofta.

The pizza is worse than frozen pizza. The bottom was not brown at all. The dough had clearly no time to rise resulting in a very dense and bland pizza.

The salads are haphazardly cut no even piece in sight and toped with store-bought bland sauce. They are not even tossed to mix in the dressing.

The Schnitzel was not flattened with a mallet and the breading was like a second skin on it instead of being puffed up and crispy.

The Kofta had a single patty that seems to have just been cooked in the sauce instead of being browned beforehand. The potatoes were burned

Even the complimentary bread were just storebought cheap roles that they managed to...

Super Unfreundlich.Haben ein falsches Essen geliefert und statt sich zu entschuldigen,wird man am Telefeon angepammt und einfach aufgelegt obwohl ich noch geredet habe.Dann wurde das neue Essen geliefert und dann ist der Bote noch unfreundlich gewesen, keinen Sinn für guten Kundenservice ,wenn man so weiter macht hält sich das lokal nicht mehr lange,Frechheit!

Jetzt wurde ich am Telefon auch noch beleidigt nachdem ich nochmal angerufen habe,keine ahnung was für ein asi dort arbeitet, aber einfach nur umnöglich ,Respekt...

Ich komme nicht aus Berlin und wusste nicht wo ich mein Essen bestellen soll! Das hätte ich mir sparen können dort zu bestellen!

Habe mir Oliven bestellt, die unteren Oliven in dem box waren Reste von anderen Gäste.. war noch zaziki in dem kernloch drin und man hat raus geschmeckt das die Oliven mit Wasser abgespült wurden sind.

ich finde das ist ein no Go! Ich will nicht wissen wessen essen ich gerade versucht...
