Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Bischofsheim

Food is usually good, however, the past 2-3 times we've eaten here, food wasn't that great. We only ever ate inside twice, and to be honest, it's pretty ghetto. In fact, the most recent time, (last week) we walked outside to find a dude looking in the window of our brand new BMW X5, with his chick in the car parked directly behind us, as if they were about to literally steal our car (this was almost 11pm on a Saturday night). He was reaching for the handle when we confronted him, to which he provided a make shift, "business card" claiming he was, "interested in purchasing our vehicle." However, as he was leaving and we were basically cussing him out, he wanted the hand written business card back. I kept it and took down his license plate number. Shady ass place (at least on weekends/late nights) don't think...

I would like to know who is supervising the supervisor? The facility is very dirty. The restrooms, the tables and the floors are not maintained up to standards that other KFC‘s are. I spoke with a young man who said he was the manager and asked how often he cleans the facility. He did not respond to this question. However, he apologized but never took the initiative to rectify the problem. I also read other reviews where the same concern was addressed 3 years ago. What difference does it make if the food is okay, but the facility is lacking cleanliness? Also, if the facility isn’t clean perhaps the kitchen isn’t either.

Why have people give their feedback if no action...

Expected more from this very well established chain as the chicken tenders were poorly battered, you are supposed to see batter fried to the outside of the chicken not the white meat. The sides were standard out of the bag. Corn with butter is literally a frozen half ear of corn and a foiled wrapped tab of butter. Staff was not very active with ten orders on the screen waiting to be serviced. Only one staff member was filling orders. She was very good and even brought out our food that was delayed further to allow us to start eating. Good note the cleaning staff was very quick to ensure we had a clean table and he even offered to take away...
