McDonald's — Restaurant in Bottrop

I admitt I'm not good with computers but normally I can manage to order a meal like a proper robot. You know, as inhumane as possible with electronic screens instead of a human being to talk to. However, at this place I tried for about 10 minutes but didn't succeed in the end. As I use Mc Donalds as the very last option it's not a big deal and I was happy to see I wasn't the only one not being able to decipher the robot speak on their horrible screen. So me and two other people left without ordering...

We stopped here yesterday after a long ride to have something quick to eat. The burgers and French fries weren’t even warm, the coke had so many ice-cubes it tasted like water, the mayonnaise was awful and the trays were wet. Worse still, my wife was sick all night from eating this rubbish, with terrible pain in her stomach, we had to go to the doctor this morning and she has got an infection due to the dirty food. We will never set foot in a McDonald’s again!...

Immer wieder Probleme, das etwas fehlt. Höhepunkt ist für mich aber heute,05.04.2023. Man bestellt drei Menüs, und wählt bei einem statt der Cola, zweimal Netz Pommes, beim packen sehe ich schon das nur einmal gepackt wird. Beim abholen Frage ich deswegen nach, und es wird einem in echt unpassendem Ton gesagt, es wäre alles richtig, es ist nicht meine Schuld wenn ich falsch bestelle. Mein Hinweis das ich nur zwei Cola anstatt drei bekommen habe,und das doch darauf hinweist das ich das mit einer zusätzlichen Pommes getauscht habe, wird abgewiegelt und ich werde von dem Angestellten angemault, ich sollte in meine Tüte schauen, mehr ist nicht, wäre alles richtig. Man dreht sich um und ruft einen deutlich überforderten , aber zumindest freundlichen Mann "Yilmaz, schau Mal" Dieser stellt tatsächlich fest dass ich Recht habe.... Aber die Art der Behandlung bei Reklamation ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Bezahlte Ware erst zu bekommen, nachdem man vom Kassierer angemeckert wurde, aufgrund eines von ihm gemachten Fehlers,brauche ich mir nicht geben. Fast 47€ für drei Personen werde ich nicht weiterhin...
