Ristorante Grissino — Restaurant in Brühl

My Dad and I stumbled on this restaurant during a short break to Cologne last week (Jan 2018). It was quite late when we arrived, but we were greeted politely and shown to a table. In addition to the huge selection on the menu. there was a specials board with 3 further starters, and 5 main course options. Unfortunately we are not very fluent in German, but the waiter went and asked a colleague who spoke very good English to help explain the dishes available. My Dad chose a pizza and I had a pasta dish with pesto, both were absolutely lovely and reasonably priced. Should we return to Phantasialand in the future, we will definitely return to this very nice...

Both dishes and wine were great. Service and the aura also good! Food came "fast" which is the normally expected speed in NYC but somehow every single restaurants I've been in Europe were awfully slow but this one just proves that food can be prepared speedy AND ON POINT! The outside seating in the evening looks romantic even. Always love when the chef comes out to check on us with food....

Bester Italiener den ich je besucht habe weil: Gerichte werden mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet, eine Geschmackliche Entdeckungsreise für Feinschmecker, hier ist alles aus besten /frischen Zutaten und das Schmeckt man. Gewürze, frische Kräuter knackiger Salat alles ist hier vorhanden, abgerundet wurde es dann noch mit einem fantastischen Wein der seines gleichen sucht. Einige Leute beschwerten sich in den Kommentaren zu den Toiletten dazu möchte ich auch etwas sagen. In meinen Augen sollten Toiletten an erster Stelle sauber sein und nicht hoch modern, zumal das in evtl. gemieteten Gebäuden keinen sinn macht diese auf eigene Kosten zu sanieren damit der Vermieter sich n zweites Loch ins Hinterteil freut. Nun zu meinem Senf was die Toiletten angeht Spiegel: Streifenfrei sauber keine kleckse NICHTS! Boden Sauber! Toiletten Sauber! Der Geruch war Frisch es duftete und das kurz vor Ladenschluss!! Im Flur war eine Kerze aufgestellt. Man hat getan was machbar ist. Alle die was zum meckern wollen die sollen mal im Kaufland auf Klo gehen. Ich denke dass ich in der Lage bin nach mehreren Gängen zu Sagen dass es hier TOP! ist der Laden hat es nicht umsonst schon in die...
