Tough review... (spoiler alert - bad experience)
I've been eating consistently here for a few months now after work, perhaps a lot more than my wallet would have liked me to.
Food was and still is above average, and that's ok. After all it's fast food and you mostly eat it for the convenience not for the Michelin ☆☆☆
Staff is also friendly and mostly it was a good experience eating here on that account.
That being said I've been witnessing the sanitary standards of the place slowly but surely falling down MORE and MORE and EVEN MORE, untill today I have finally decided that I will be taking a break from eating here for the foreseeable future.
Today, despite the place having around 60% of the sits and tabels empty I had to look for about 10 minutes untill I found a SOMEWHAT clean one to sit on. I usually just cleaned them myself when this happens during "rush hour" and try to be understanding, however I can't close my eyes to this aspect any longer.
Perhaps even more disappointing and disgusting was what happened next when I tried to clear my table after me. I wanted to use the reclining bin outside, the one in the children area on the outer terrace (closest to where I've eaten) when I was literally HIT by the most horrific stench of rotten food and what felt like decades old vinegar.
The stench was so bad that I instantly started coughing and I was literally about to throw up right there on the spot (it was so bad that I couldn't even stay in the proximity enough to finish throwing the garbage in the bin).
...In CONCLUSION:...
Save yourself and your kids and your friends the health hazards and find another place to dine at.
No burger, be it 5€, 7€ or 13€ is worth a visit to the hospital for food poisoning or God knows what else or the disappointment of a ruined dinner because of sanitary reasons. ..

Very good since they got the new look which was badly needed. We are quite fans of the new setup with the flat screens and only having to wait for the delivery of the food at the counter. Also very helpful is the bringing of the food to you table if you are not taking out, this is immensely helpful when you have kids. It is prone to difficulties though and not always working, also the tablets at the checkout do not always work and so you cannot see what the staff member has actually ordered properly or not. You really have to check your order when you get it as they often leave out little things. They are though very amenable to fix it. No issues as...

Ich war vor Kurzem im McDonald's in Brunnthal und möchte meine Erfahrung mit den Toiletten teilen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich von der Hygiene dort sehr enttäuscht war.
Als ich die Toiletten betrat, fiel mir sofort der unangenehme Geruch auf. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Räumlichkeiten nicht ausreichend gereinigt worden waren. Die Böden wirkten schmutzig und klebrig, und es gab auch Flecken auf den Waschbecken. Solche Zustände sind inakzeptabel und vermitteln den Eindruck von mangelnder Sauberkeit und Sorgfalt.
Des Weiteren fehlte es an grundlegenden Hygieneartikeln wie Seife und Papierhandtüchern. Es ist wichtig, dass solche Einrichtungen diese grundlegenden Bedürfnisse der Gäste erfüllen, um eine angemessene Hygiene zu gewährleisten.
Ich habe versucht, das Personal auf diese Missstände hinzuweisen, jedoch schien es wenig Interesse daran zu haben, das Problem zu beheben. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Personal in Zukunft sensibler auf solche Anliegen reagieren und sicherstellen würde, dass die Toiletten regelmäßig gereinigt und mit ausreichend Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet werden.
Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung mit den Toiletten bei McDonald's in Brunnthal äußerst enttäuschend. Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind wichtige Aspekte, die das Wohlbefinden der Gäste beeinflussen. Ich hoffe, dass das Management diese Angelegenheit ernst nimmt und Maßnahmen ergreift, um die Situation zu verbessern.
