It is so very sad that the virus has also taken its toll at this restaurant. It is just not at the top any more. The food is still good but not special any more. They still do not take any other cards but local cardsfor payment and for a restaurant that claims Michellin star status this is not good enough. Have had better service and a lot friendlier atmosphere. It was as though the staff were far to busy to give the attentive service that we have experienced in the past. The experience was a little disappointing and to top it a restaurant of this caliber with michillen stars should accept all credit and charge cards but unfortunately Amex not accepted. Kinda sad and this left the special evening dampend. Not my best...

Valentinstagsmenü 2024. Das Essen war in Ordnung, etwas längere Wartezeiten auf die Getränke. Nach Erhalt der Rechnung legten wir unseren Gutschein vor. Die sehr höfliche Bedienung verschwand mit Rechnung und Gutschein, zurück kam dann die Chefin. Sie erklärte uns vor allen anderen Gästen, dass sie Gutscheine bei solchen "Sonderveranstaltungen" eigentlich gar nicht annehmen, es jetzt aber netterweise tun. Auch belehrte sie uns, man solle vorher anmerken, dass man einen Gutschein hat, weil es sonst Probleme mit der Buchung in der Kasse gibt. Der Ton macht allerdings die Musik und warum man so herablassend vor Anderen die Buchungsprobleme an den Gast weitergeben muss, erschließt sich mir nicht. Vielleicht hilft es dem Restaurant außerdem auf dem Gutschein zu notieren für was er gültig ist und für was eben nicht. Das hätte so nicht sein müssen und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck beim Gast.
