Pizzeria A Modo Mío — Restaurant in Cologne

Rating it 1 because of several reasons First of all we waited too long, more thank 50 min for ordering just a steak and pizza.We have asked to bring another drink which never came , the steak was mid done but poor quality of meat , side salad and veggies hmm imbis quality and cheese on pizza is better to put less but quality product… this place is always crowded I will change my rating if next tine I feel a change. Just a positive note is that this people are really nice starting from the owner, waiters and kitchen staff, but miss management in terms of memorising or how to serve both the bar and restaurant area, and clients feel this Chaos.. at the end they are offering to clients a free shot of any drink just to show the hospitality which is nice … so my impression is mixed and I wish them good luck, hopefully I will visit again just to make sure there...

Ordered per telephone they said 20 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later and they started doing the pizza then. Pizza was ready and they forgot the fries, waited another 15 minutes for fries, while the fries we're hand made ( otherwise it couldn't be 15 minutes just for fries?) the pizza was getting cold. Ich vergebe eigentlich mega selten, sogar eigentlich fast nie, nur ein Stern. Aber, nach mehr als 1,5 Std. Wartezeit haben unsere Kinder das Essen bekommen. Wir reden über 1,5 Std. Wartezeit und das mit Kindern. Hier reden wir vor allem über Normalbetrieb. Nachdem wir (Eltern) nach fast 2 Std. unser Essen bekommen haben, hatten wir schon kein Hunger mehr. Die Leute die vor uns gekommen sind haben sogar fast 2,5 Std. gewartet. Ich bin wegen meiner Frau nicht auffällig geworden. Aber eins ist sicher: Service Katastrophe da man zudem beleidigt wird, Essen nicht OK und Wartezeit KATASTROPHE. Danke für nichts. Niemals mehr.

P.S. : Achja, egal was ich mir für eine Pizza ausgesucht hatte, es hieß immer: Haben wir nicht und das Steak (ich nenne es mal Steak) hat mit uns verstecken gespielt (kaum...
