Wonderful experience eating at Ristorante Al dente which is located in Döbeln (a town in the Free state of Saxony Germany). Besides the tasty Pizzas, the restaurant offers italian traditional dishes with all type of pastas and spaghetti topped with delicious cheese. Wir hatten eine to-go Bestellung für 2 Personen aufgegeben. Die Abholung war für ca. 30min nach dem Anruf vereinbart. Von Rinder-Carpaccio und Salat zu Pizza und Steak bis hin zu Tiramisu war alles top und sehr lecker zubereitet. Einzig die unserer Auffassung etwas sehr zurückhaltende Verwendung von Parmesan auf der Pizza, haben wir zu Hause noch nachgebessert. Zu guter Letzt sind uns neben dem Pizzakarton noch die restlichen Verpackungen aus Plastik und Alu aufgefallen, die wir woanders bereits aus recycelfähigem Material gesehen haben. Allerdings muss ich fairerweise dazusagen, dass ich bei diesem Thema eher die großen Lebensmittelhersteller und Supermarktketten als Vorreiter vermisse. Deswegen nur als freundlicher Hinweis gemeint. Ja, ich würde Ristorante Al Dente Cucina Delicatezza in Döbeln meinem Besten Freund empfehlen.

We ordered dishes for two. Pick-up time was approx. 30 minutes after hangig-up. Everything out of the ordered beef-carpaccio, salads, pizza, steak and tiramisu was very delicious. Just the pizza needed some more parmesan, we thought. Last but not least; other that the cardboard box for the pizza, it would be great, if all the remaining packing material (plastic & aluminum) would be made ou-of recyclable materials, as we've seen elsewhere before. Very nice place!

This restaurant has improved a lot since the last times I visited. For the 14/02 Valentines day they where completely packed with several table settings. Everything was well organized and the food was quickly and efficiently served with also excellent service level. I have visited many times before, but what they delivered at current is highly recommended.
