Upon entering, we found the suite's location outside the main hotel building but still connected, which made it conveniently wheelchair accessible. The staff made commendable efforts to accommodate our needs, providing thoughtful additions like a lower shower head and a shower seat.
While some staff members were proficient in English, there were occasional language barriers. However, their genuine dedication and willingness to assist overshadowed any communication challenges we encountered.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited but adequate enough to enjoy. It might be worth noting that the ongoing renovation in the main building suggests that the hotel management is actively addressing any previous concerns, which is a positive sign.
