The reason why I'm giving only one star and spending quite some time to write this rather long review is because of the bad service and attitude of the staff and owner. Firstly, the food was ok, rather small plates. Secondly, we received a receipt of our bill only after asking for it, then we realized that they added a dish that we never ordered. This was not a big deal to us at first (this can always happen), but after I told one of the servers (who's also the owner as we found out later) about this mistake, he didn't even apologize and instead of just taking off the extra dish and refund us, he added another charge for ketchup and mayonnaise!!! This was so unacceptable for us that we wanted to speak with the owner who was one of the servers. We expressed that we are very disappointed that after saying something about their mistake they charge us extra for ketchup and mayonnaise (btw, we ordered three dishes with fries, I've never ever had the experience where you need to pay extra for ketchup/mayonnaise if you order fries). Again, the owner/server never apologized. I'd also like to add that before we knew that the bill was incorrect (because they hadn't given us a receipt until we asked for it), we gave a generous tip which they clearly ignored. Am Sylvesterabend 2019 zu Gast im Nassauer Hof. Angekommen im Restaurant hatten wir einen Tisch an dem locker zwei Kinderwagen Platz gefunden hätten. Bei der Bestellung wurde uns sein super Weißwein empfohlen den wir probieren konnten bevor wir uns dafür entschieden haben. Wir aßen den armenischen Vorspeisenteller. Hervorragend! Leider hat unsere kleine Tochter ab dann nicht so recht mitspielen wollen uns weinte viel. Als ich mich mit ihr immer wieder in einen benachbarten Speiseraum verzog wo sie ruhiger war fragte ich ob es möglich sei dass wir "umziehen". Sofort wurde uns ein Tisch im separaten Raum angeboten und der überaus nette Kellner trug alles mit rüber. Die Hauptspeise war der absolute knaller. Der grillteller für zwei Personen. Rumpsteak auf den Punkt. Sogar unser extra Wunsch das schweine steak paniert als schnitzel zu bekommen wurde umgesetzt. Zur Nachspeise gab es apfelküchlein und Schokoküchlein mit Vanilleeis. Was soll ich sagen. Meeeeeega lecker! Den ganzen Abend wurden wir so unglaublich nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt das war über das Maß hinaus.
